Processing: All orders have a processing time of 2 business days regardless of shipping method selected. We do try our best to ship orders same day placed before 3pm EST. All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).
We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays! Your order will continue processing the following business day.
State Regulations: Some states have specific laws regarding the sale and shipment of CBD and Delta 8 hemp-derived products. If you do not see your state in the drop down menu when placing your order, that means we have currently stopped shipping to your state pending review of your state's regulations.
Updated July 20, 2022 - Restricted/Regulated Delta 8 hemp products cannot ship to these states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington.
Free Shipping: We offer free USPS first class shipping on domestic orders over $50.00, before applicable taxes and excluding U.S. territories or states that require an adult signature on delivery. The adult signature method incurs additional shipping costs and therefore does not qualify for free shipping. Special discount offer codes cannot be combined with free shipping. ENTER CODE "SHIPPING" at checkout get free shipping on over $50.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Damaged, Lost or Undelivered Dose of Chill is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Canceling and Altering Orders: Due to the volume of orders Mood Vapor receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter or change any order as it could have already been processed or shipped.
International Shipping: Prices are listed in USD and will not be automatically converted into your local currency upon checkout. Dose of Chill is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
International buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, Dose of Chill is not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority, or packages delayed due to customs issues. Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items.

USPS First Class Package
First Class mail is the most common shipping method chosen by our customers. Typically arrives in 3 – 7 business days.
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail is slightly faster than first class mail. Typically arrives in 2 – 5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express
USPS Express Mail is slightly faster than USPS Priority Mail. Express mail must be to the post office by 3pm to get processed for 1 – 2 day shipping. Remember paying for express mail does not give you a quicker processing time it just means that once your order has shipped it will arrive at its destination at the fastest possible speed.
